My desire to want to help others comes from exercising with my dad to help battle Multiple Sclerosis. At age 10, I was exposed to how much strengthening movement can help live a better quality of life.
Ever since, I’ve been fascinated with the human body and have continually worked to expand my knowledge on how we can make our bodies move better.
In my personal experience, learning how to move properly has helped me achieve many wonderful accomplishments throughout the years. I’ve been fortunate to play multiple sports (both competitive and recreational), compete in bodybuilding, distance races, obstacle runs, and swimming.
My most notable achievements have been:
• finishing top 25% of the Spartan race out of 4500 athletes
• swimming Alcatraz with no prior open water swim experience
• completing 100 kettlebell snatches in 5 minutes for my StrongFirst certification
Learning how to move well mixed with a hint of bravery has always pushed me to try new things. What I enjoy even more is now seeing my clients having more confidence to try new things and being able to hear the achievements they’ve had as a result of working together!
