That's why it was time for Integrated Coaching.

  • Integrated Coaching is a chance for you to learn how YOU learn, apply and sustain any freaking thing you want to add to or shift in your life.
  • In this program, we'll use the three M groundwork [mindfulness • movement • metabolic recovery] because your energy levels, ability to live pain-free, and your capacity for awareness are a platform for the bigger things in life.
  • It's a super small group of pre-screened human beings, and you get to create your own road map while a coach and other travelers walk next to you on the path.

I created Integrated Coaching and a  tool called the Tiny Habit Finder as a result of my own journey through change and self care, and out of frustration with the one-size-fits all / do-or-die approach used by much of the fitness and health industry today. After trying every program, book, workout and diet I could find, I finally realized that there was nothing wrong with ME. There was something wrong with the programs I was desperately trying to fit myself into!

If you're struggling with feeling like there's something wrong with you because countless programs or strategies haven't worked... I want to first tell you:

Each week, we'll connect, meditate, chat about the topic of the week, work out for a bit, then de-load and set up accountability for the following week. You'll have homework assignments personalized to YOU, journal entries and lots of ways to love yourself.
