Drop In Classes

Whether you’re looking to rehabilitate an injury, develop explosive strength and power or simply feel strong and grounded, then our group coaching is for you! We use kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight and neurological "hacks" to give you access to your true strength.

Our classes are small, allowing you personalized access to some of the most highly trained instructors in the Madison area at a fraction of the cost!

Aching back? Sore knees? Tired of bending in weird ways to pull those snarly weeds?

This 90 minute class will teach you how to safely and comfortably sit on the ground, stand up when your hands are full, lift awkward things, put those things down, pull weeds, and more!

PLUS a bonus section on things you can do to keep your spine and knees happy through gardening season!

Studio space and our beautiful outdoors available for independent kettlebell, barbell, gymnastic ring and bodyweight training! We'll leave a workout on the whiteboard...take it or leave it ;) Instructor: Kristin Schmidt
